What is Sisig?

is a Filipino dish made of pig’s face and belly, as well as chicken liver, and seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. It comes from the Luzon province of Pampanga.

Sisig is a traditional Kapampangan dish. The city administration of Angeles, Pampanga, declared Sizzling Sisig Babi (Pork Sisig) as a tangible heritage of Angeles City through City Ordinance №405, series of 2017.
